The QA & QCL Teams are manned by Qualified, Well Experienced & Trained staff handling the responsibilities such as Quality Bench Marking, Quality Audits, Packaging Material Quality Control, Customer Complaint Investigation, Corrective & Preventive Actions co-ordination as well as participation in various cross functional teams for achieving Continuous Quality & Customer Service Improvement goals.
